9/16 inch 6×19 class IWRC galvanized wire rope is a classification of cable often referred to as 6×25 class. Galvanized wire rope is more corrosion resistant than a similar size non-galvanized cable, but with a lower breaking strength. Usually around 10%. This general purpose cable is long lasting in an outdoor environment.
Only use compatible rated fittings with this cable(clips, thimbles, shackles, etc.). Strict breaking-in procedure & proper handling during use are extremely important. Inspect carefully & diligently. Wire rope must be inspected before & after use by a competent person(s).
