General Terms & Conditions
Seller makes no warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose or any other warranty, express or implied. Unless specifically stated, products are of commercial quality and standards and buyer must determine suitability for their particular use or purpose. Buyer assumes all risk and liability whatsoever resulting from the use of all products, whether used singly or in combination with other product or component. When applicable and requested, material certification provided by the manufacturer is passed along with no representation made as to their accuracy.
Notice of Defect
Promptly following receipt of goods Buyer shall inspect same. Any claims for shortages, damage or defects must be made within 30 days of the Buyer learning of defect, but in any event no later than 90 days after receipt of goods. All claims not made in writing to the Seller within the specified time period shall be deemed waived. Seller will not consider any claim for labor, delays, or damage by reason of their use. No material shall be returned without the written consent of the Seller.
Shipping & Handling
Most orders will be shipped via FedEx. We mainly ship to the Continental U.S, but we will ship to other countries with extra postage charges that apply. Orders of exceptionally large weight may be shipped via truck freight designated by Skydog Rigging Equipment. Shipping charges shown at time of order may include a handling charge in addition to the FedEx shipping charges.
Additional shipping charges may apply for non-commercial destinations, incorrect shipping choices and methods, e.g. customer pickups, unless approved in advance. Please call before ordering with questions.
Lift Gate, Inside delivery, call before delivery, or any other special handling are at the cost and responsibility of the customer, and will be reflected in additional billing.
All shipments received damaged or missing items should be specifically noted on delivering carriers paperwork before signing.
Non-Contiguous States – May require additional billing, please contact us before ordering to determine additional charges.
Stock items usually ship within 48 hours. If you have specific delivery requirements, please call and we will do our best to meet your needs.
For payment methods other than approved valid credit cards, e.g. wire transfers, cashiers check, etc., please contact us.
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless approved by our Customer Service department. Please contact us BEFORE ordering for further information.
Multiple or irregular cuts may be subject to extra charges. Please call or email for details on specific inquiries.
Cut lengths are NOT returnable.
Cut lengths are subject to industry tolerances up to 10%. We aim for 5% or better. If you have a minimum we will try to accomodate your request if stated. However we cannot cut to “exact” lengths without tolerances.
