Also known as compacted wire rope, 5/8 inch 6×26 Swaged Wire Rope contains 6 outer strands with 26 wires per strand. Featuring higher strength & excellent abrasion & crushing resistance compared to a similar cable of the same diameter. A smooth outer exterior improves sheave wear & snags. However, a swaged wire rope will have less bending fatigue resistance.

This cable is the preferred choice in the logging industry. It is extremely durable & easy to spool on drums & sheaves. Comes heavy lubed, with grease extended throughout the entire strands in manufacturing.

• Milked or Bird Caged Deformities
• Chemical or Heat Damage

• Keep rope from physical abuse, weather, and corrosive materials.
• Avoid cable from any foreign contaminants.
• Do not kink, bend or twist.
• Never drag or drop.
