1/4 inch Polypropylene Rope, or Poly-pro, is a general purpose synthetic rope that is easy to splice and typically easier to handle than rope made from natural fibers. This light weight waterproof floating rope is resistant to oil, gasoline, and most chemicals – and is twice as strong as manila rope. Being resistant to rot and mildew, Poly-pro is a perfect economical option for marine applications such as use in docks, piers, and marinas.
